Meet Blake, your local State Farm agent in Bend, Oregon
When you are choosing an insurance agent in Bend or Redmond, experience matters. Blake Ettestad has worked with State Farm since 2012 and has experience on several sides of the insurance industry.
Blake began his career as a State Farm Claims Adjuster, helping customers recover from unexpected losses. He later became an Agency Field Specialist, where he supported more than 100 State Farm agents with technology, processes, and customer experience. In 2017, Blake became a State Farm agent in Bend and has been serving families and businesses throughout Central Oregon ever since.
That background gives Blake a unique perspective when helping customers understand their insurance. His experience includes not only helping people select coverage but also seeing firsthand how insurance responds when a loss occurs.
Blake also holds the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, or CPCU®, designation, one of the insurance industry's most respected professional credentials. He also holds the Associate in Claims designation and is licensed in property, casualty, life, and health insurance in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.
Blake is also licensed to discuss certain financial products and strategies that may support broader family, business, and financial goals.
He earned bachelor's degrees in History and Music Theory and Composition from Warner Pacific University in Portland, Oregon.
